Burgie here. I’m guessing you can tell by my color how I got my name. I’m a rather grand fellow and I spend my time strolling about the property, ensuring everything is as it should be. Nothing much bothers me - including those silly ducks. I do believe they pester Randy because he’s such a cheeky fellow. You won’t find me crowing unless it is absolutely necessary. I’ve lots of ground to cover today - Cheerio!

Greta here from the Free Range Ramblers. One of my most favorite things to do is hide my eggs from my human. This week I am hiding them in the cat barn, next week?? Who knows? Maybe I’ll go back out to the trees or maybe I just won’t lay at all. Depends on the mood I am in and whether I am hiding from Randy the Rooster. Gotta go scope out some new hiding places. I keep hearing talk of some Easter egg hunt so I better get going.
Hello. Allow me to introduce myself. I am Mrs. Chicken. I am the flock matriarch at 10 years old. I don’t have time to write much, I am always busy looking for the best grain dropped by the giant cow that’s always leaking milk - which I also enjoy when I can catch it. Randy the rooster is my son. He always was a noisy child, so I moved him to the cat barn while I stay in the main chicken house. Personally I think that is why the ducks chase him, he never has learned when to be quiet. Gotta go. So many things to do.
FREE TO GOOD HOME - three outstanding drakes. Can also be used as guard dogs. Good with the ladies. Serious inquiries only, no tire kickers. Come to the farm. Special preference will be given to Wiley Coyote. Ask for Randy the rooster.
